Terms and Conditions:

  • Vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
  • Expired vouchers will become invalid. No refunds or extensions will be granted.
  • The offer is applicable to private cars only and does not apply to commercial vehicles.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the voucher will be treated as used.
  • If a customer fails to give advance notice of a booking change within the specified time, and the staff arrives at the venue but cannot locate the customer's vehicle or perform the service, that session will be deemed used.
  • The service location must be an indoor, legal parking space that can also accommodate the parking of the staff's vehicle at the same time.
  • The provision of the service is subject to the venue restrictions of where the customer's vehicle is parked.
  • Car owners must ensure that the parking space provides sufficient room (doors must be able to open on both sides), and a minimum of 3 feet of working space must be reserved around the front, back, left, and right of the vehicle.
  • In the event of severe weather or unsafe environment at the venue, the merchant reserves the right to reschedule the service to another date.
  • Once confirmed after purchase, no changes or amendments are allowed.
